Orthopaedic Physiotherapy
Orthopedic physiotherapy is directed towards the injury of muscles, joints, ligaments, or tendons. Injuries may be sports related, due to overuse, or accidental in nature. We treat acute and chronic issues and incorporate manual therapy, electrotherapy/acupuncture, education, and exercise prescription into our treatment plans.
We strongly value patient involvement, rather than just passive treatment approaches, and encourage our patients to take control of their pain.
Core Confidence Program
Core Confidence Program is a two session program for young female athletes. It is physiotherapy lead and founded off current research. It focuses on basic anatomy and understanding of our whole body and how to integrate it into sport specific training. The program is designed to teach the athletes better connection and awareness to these often ignored aspects of core training.
